I used to work for a property management company who had offices throughout the southeast. Far and away the number 1 reason clients choose office space is (no surprise here) location. Number 2 was image. To your point, these are critical. Anyone who is not using these as their main office selection criteria is missing the boat, or is soon going out of business.
